THE Pangasinan Provincial Health Office (PHO) aims to complete the inoculation of healthcare workers in both public and private hospitals under the A1 priority list by July.

PHO chief Dr. Anna de Guzman said the target date, however, is based on expected dates of delivery of vaccines being allocated by the Department of Health so this may change depending on actual delivery of vaccine supply.

De Guzman said out of the estimated number of 35,000 workers listed in the A1 priority group, only five percent, or around 1,750 individuals have completed their first and second vaccine doses.
Meanwhile, the Department of Health–Center For Health Development (DOH-CHD) in Region 1 has recorded 48,476 health workers already inoculated, accounting for 23.29 percent of the total population of the A1 group in the region. (Ahikam Pasion)
