Criminology board exam set December 4-6

MORE than 2,000 aspiring criminologists are set to take the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE) on Sunday, December 4-6.

Atty. Ruth Sacay-Sabelo, PRC-I regional director, said the 2,141 individuals that submitted requirements for the examinations will report to eight testing sites in Rosales town:

Rosales National High School, Rosales North Central School, Rosales South Central School, Carmay Elementary School, Casanicolasan Elementary School, Tomana Elementary School, Carmen Elementary School, and Robert B. Estrella Memorial National High School.

Individuals who pass the CLE will be exempted from other entrance or qualifying civil service examinations.

A registered criminologist is eligible to assume government posts in Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Bureau of Fire Protection and Armed Forces of the Philippines. (Ahikam Pasion)
