JOINT police and anti-narcotics operatives arrested a high school principal and his brother in a drug operation in Barangay San Nicolas in Alcala town last October 14, Thursday.

PDEA Pangasinan provincial officer Rechie Camacho identified the suspects as Winy Dumlao, 59, principal of Pindangan National High School in Alcala town, resident of Poblacion, Villasis, and Victor Dumlao, 52, owner of a funeral home in Alcala, who were both classified as High Value Targets.

The operatives seized  three sachets of suspected shabu, weighing six grams, with a DDB P40,800 value, and the case used for the transaction that included 19 boodle money used in the transaction, and one cellphone used by the suspects.

It was learned that the Dumlao brothers have been operating in Alcala and neighboring towns, although it was only Victor who was the initial target.

The brothers have been under PDEA surveillance for some months now.

Camacho said follow-up operations are still being conducted to trace their shabu supplier, and clients including students. (Eva Visperas/Ahikam Pasion)
