THE Pangasinan Provincial Police Office (PPPO) reported that forty-five of the 57 shooting incidents in Pangasinan from January up to July 5 this year have been resolved.

PPPO spokesperson P/Maj. Arturo Melchor Jr. said the identified suspects in those cases have been arrested and charged in courts.

He said the pending cases are still being investigated by the police stations.

Meanwhile, amid the threat of COVID-19 pandemic, all PNP stations in the province have further intensified their visibility, especially in crime-prone areas in coordination with barangay officials. (Jerick Pasiliao)
