TULONG PANGKABUHAYAN SA OFW PROJECT. Twenty-five qualified displaced Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) each from Alaminos City (left photo) and Lingayen (right photo) who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic receive the special livelihood and training program dubbed as “Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa OFW Project” on March 24 and March 26, respectively.
