SP lauds Camacho as UP-Los Banos chancellors
THE provincial government commended Dr. Jose V. Camacho on his appointment as the 10th Chancellor of the University of Philippines-Los Banos.
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan adopted the resolution authored by Board Member Angel M. Baniqued and Margielou Orange D. Humilde-Versoza on February 1, 2021, congratulating Camacho, a native of Bayambang and Sual.
The resolution cited Camacho, as “a man of intellect and integrity as can be gleaned from his past and present academic and administrative attainments in the academe and in other sectors of society,” and his election only served to confirm “his unblemished record of service, his dynamic energy and enthusiasm, his solid personal and family life and his commitment to serve the students, faculty and staff, alumni and stakeholders of UPLB and for the betterment of the Filipino people.” (PIO/CNV)
