AGRI MACHINERIES TURNOVER CEREMONY. Governor Amado I. Espino III commends the national government for their continuous support to the farmers of the province as he led the turn-over ceremony of P274.6-million worth of agricultural machineries to the Farmers Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) of the province on February 19 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC). The said activity forms part of the farm mechanization project under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) which aims to raise rice farmers’ productivity through the use of mechanization technologies. /DAT (Photos by MVS).
