BARANGAY TAPUAC’S MURAL – A resident rides past the nature-themed mural along a 50-meter wall along  the Amado-Tapuac road in Barangay Tapuac featuring the artwork of Engr. Jelery Celi.  Initiated by Sangguniang Kabataan chairman Jemuel Pangan, the mural is intended to help improve the image of the barangay which had earned the moniker “marumi” over the years. (Punchphoto by Willie Lomibao)
