TWO drunk men in Rosales town were arrested by authorities Monday for attacking barangay officials.

Police investigations show Chairman Jesus Caspillo, Kagawad Danilo Lacusong, and Tanod Laudencio dela Cruz of Barangay Camangaan, Rosales, were doing their routine patrol around midnight when they were approached and suddenly attacked by suspects Richard Quiambao and Leonardo Raymundo, both residents of Barangay Rabago.

But the suspects were immediately subdued and turned over to the police and were charged for direct assault on persons of authority. (Ahikam Pasion)
