JOB order employees, consultants, contractual and other employees hired in January will be given P2,500 worth of assistance by the provincial government to help them cope with difficulties during the pandemic.

This was contained in Provincial Resolution No. 1649, series of 2020 approved during October 19 virtual session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on motion of Third District Board Member Angel Baniqued Jr., chairman on the committee on accounts, with clarification that the assistance will not in the form of cash but in kind, and applicable to employees or new employees who were hired starting January this year.

Only the permanent, regular employees are entitled to cash benefits. (Leonardo Micua)
