One dead, one injured as motorcycle crashes to car
A man died, while his companion is still under observation after their motorcycle crashed into a car in Laoac town last September 26.
Police investigation shows the victims Mario Guban Jr., resident of Barangay Poblacion, and Jimboy Bermudez, resident of Barangay Banuar, were riding a motorcycle in tandem when they crashed into an oncoming car along a road curve in Barangay Maraboc driven by Marky Pahine, resident of the barangay.
Bermudez was thrown by the impact, while Guban smashed into the car’s windshield, slashing an artery in his body.
They were both rushed to the hospital, where Guban succumbed to his wounds.
According to the police, the duo reeked of alcohol. (Ahikam Pasion)
