ABIG LAMAN IN SAN RAMON, MANAOAG. Provincial Health Officer Anna Ma. Abig Laman, formerly I Love Pangasinan Kalusugan Karaban (ILPKK), is a brainchild project of the Provincial Government led by Governor Amado I. Espino III to bring free quality health services in far flung areas across the province.
