70-year-old woman found dead, her throat slit
A 70-year-old woman in Alaminos City was brutally murdered by a still unknown suspect with no known motive.
The victim, Virginia Macadangdang, a resident of Barangay San Jose, was found by her granddaughter inside her home lying on a pool of blood, her throat slit.
P/ Lt. Colonel Garry Noel Pascua, Alaminos City chief of police, said a person of interest has been identified but no motive could be established because there were no indication of robbery nor sexual assault, despite the violence committed.
The hunt for the suspect is ongoing. (Ahikam Pasion)
