ESPINO LEADS SCHOLARSHIP GRANT AWARDING. Governor Amado I. Espino III awards the check of P10,000 financial assistance to some of the new provincial scholars on August 26 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC) II. In his speech, he said that the scholarship program desires to backstop the young Pangasinenses for their brighter future. For academic year 2020-2021, there are 300 slots allotted for the qualified scholars which include: academically highly competent scholars, automatic qualifier scholars, National Commission of Indigenous People (NCIP) and Muslim scholars, sports scholars and arts scholars.
