LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION. Governor Amado I. Espino III (center) leads the recent livelihood assistance distribution of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan held at the Sison Auditorium. The second batch of livelihood assistance program this year has distributed a total of P6.06-million loan assistance to 32 cooperatives and 3 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
