COVID-19 MASS TESTING PREPARATION. Governor Amado I. Espino III has directed Provincial Health Officer Anna Ma. Teresa De Guzman to step up preparations for the COVID-19 mass testing. In a meeting with some department heads at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center II grounds on April 15, Gov. Espino told Dra. De Guzman to follow the directive of the Department of Health on what is the best system to be used for the mass testing. The meeting was also attended by Provincial Administrator Nimrod S. Camba, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Officer Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro, Provincial information Officer Orpheus Velasco and PHO Surveillance Officer Rodhalia Bina-ay.
