INITIAL PROVISION FOR SILAQUI ISLAND. Governor Amado I. Espino III, along with Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro lead the turnover of initial provisions from the provincial government for the residents of Silaqui island in Bolinao.
