Old man stabbed 25 times out of jealousy
ALAMINOS CITY – A 61-year old man was stabbed to death by a 44-year old man out of jealousy.
Police investigation showed the suspect James Verbon was enraged when he discovered that the victim, Marcelino Penuliar, was having a relationship with his partner.
After stabbing Penuliar 25 times, Verbon hit the victim’s head with a huge stone before running away. The police traced Verbon and arrested him. He was charged with a case of murder. (Melody Valenton)
