DEPED P’sinan Division 1 conducts 2019 SPED Olympics. Governor Amado I Espino, III (middle, front row) together with the officials of Dept. of Education- Division 1 led by Officer-in-Charge Schools Superintendent Sheila Marie A. Primicias (left side of the governor) and the more than 600 Special Education (SPED) students who participated in this year’s special event intended for the differently-abled sector flash the No. 1 sign right after the opening ceremony held last November 6 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC). The governor was flanked by the participants and even took a groupie with them. The provincial chief executive together with SPED EPS-in-charge Wilma S. Carrera (right) teach the famous ‘Pangasinan sign’ to one of the participants. Hence, Dr. Primicias expressed utmost gratitude to the Espino administration for its untiring support and assistance for the SPED programs and activities of the entire school division.
