WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION. Governor Amado I. Espino urges teachers to be advocates of peace, better education and progress in the province of Pangasinan. Governor Espino served as guest of honor and speaker in the World Teachers’ Day celebration of the Schools Division Office 1 – Pangasinan where thousands of teachers converged at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) Grandstand on October 4. Governor Espino also pledged for the provincial government’s support to educational development agenda as he urged teachers to further mold their students to be responsible future leaders in Pangasinan.
