Gov. Espino inducts officials of LMP, VMLP, NMYL – Pangasinan Chapter

GOVERNOR Amado I. Espino III administered the oath-taking ceremony of three organizations of elective officials, namely: League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Pangasinan Chapter, Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP) – Pangasinan Chapter and National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) – Pangasinan Chapter on October 17 at the Ceremonial Hall of the Urduja House.
Pledging support to the future endeavors and programs of the elected officials, Governor Espino called for unity among these leaders to further sustain progress in the province of Pangasinan.
“Initiate sustainable community-based projects that will uphold the vision of your organization,” Governor Espino urged.
Governor Espino has sworn into office Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil as president of LMP-Pangasinan and other officers, namely: Dasol Mayor Noel A. Nacar, vice-president; Balungao Mayor Maria Theresa R. Peralta, secretary; Binmaley Mayor Simplicio L. Rosario, treasurer; Calasiao Mayor Joseph Arman C. Bauzon, auditor; and Basista Mayor Jolly R. Resuello, public relations officer.
The provincial chief executive also led the oath-taking of VMLP-Pangasinan chaired by Alaminos City Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Miguel Y. Perez. Other officers are: Laoac Vice Mayor Nelson V. Gayo, executive vice-president; San Fabian Vice Mayor Marinor B. De Guzman, secretary-general; San Nicolas Vice Mayor Alvin O. Bravo, treasurer; San Quintin Vice Mayor Gerry C. Abenojar, auditor; Calasiao Vice Mayor Mahadeva Das B. Mesina, public relations officer;
Meanwhile, the list of board directors include: Agno Vice Mayor Jose N. Peralta and Burgos Vice Mayor Alberto R. Guiang, 1st district; Labrador Vice Mayor Melchora Arenas-Yaneza and Aguilar Vice Mayor Jesus M. Zamuco Jr., 2nd district; Malasiqui Vice Mayor Armando C. Domantay Sr. and Sta. Barbara Juan Emmanuel T. Cabangon, 3rd district; Mangaldan Vice Mayor Pedro A. Surdilla Jr. and San Jacinto Vice Mayor Robert O. De Vera, 4th district; Sto Tomas Vice Mayor Wilfredo M. Pescador and Alcala Vice Mayor Rodolfo C. Rosquita, 5th district; and Rosales Vice Mayor Enrique S. Cosue Jr. and Umingan Vice Mayor Daneking A. Noble, 6th district.
On the other hand, NMYL-Pangasinan also took their oath before Governor Espino. The NMYL is chaired by Board Member Margielou Orange Humilde-Versoza. Other officers are: San Carlos City Vice Mayor Joseres S. Resuello, vice chairperson; Asingan Councilor Marivic S. Robeniol, secretary; Asingan Councilor Athena Ira A. Chua, asst. secretary; Agno Councilor Richard N. Raquel, treasurer; Urbiztondo Councilor Volter D. Balolong, asst. treasurer; Urdaneta City Councilor Jesus L. Basco, auditor; Bugallon Councilor Aislinn L. De Guzman, public relations officer; Rosales Councilor William S. Cezar, Mangatarem Vice Mayor Michael Mon R. Punzal, Mapandan Councilor Caesar Francis DR. Calimlim, Mapandan Councilor Jimmy U. Aquino, Anda Councilor Jocelle Z. Celeste, Urdaneta City Councilor Franklin V. Villanueva, Asingan Councilor Mel F. Lopez, Binalonan Councilor Bryan B. Gotoc and Manaoag Councilor Anna Lyn A. Blanco, board of directors.
After the oath-taking ceremony, Governor Espino also had a brief meeting with the officers and members of the Provincial Association of Local Government Accountants – Pangasinan Chapter who were accompanied by Provincial Accountant Arturo B.
