SSS-Dagupan goes digital

THE Dagupan City branch of the state-run Social Security System (SSS) is one of the pilot branches that will go on full digitalization to streamline its services and to better serve its members.

Jocelyn Lim, officer-in charge assistant branch head of SSS-Dagupan, said investments in new digital technologies were considered to make their services convenient and advantageous to their clients.

“Members are required to register at our website para sila mismo ang humawak sa kanilang records at sila na ang makakapag-monitor ng kanilang accounts sa SSS,” Lim told the ‘Tongtongan ed PIA’ media forum.

“Once registered, members can track, monitor and verify their own accounts and payments made will be viewed immediately and will be posted in the accounts of  the employee and employers, true to the SSS theme of connecting and protecting,” Lim said.

SSS-Dagupan is expecting 25 standing portals for the digitalization process. (PIA Pangasinan/VHS)
