Former drug inmate arrested anew
MANGALDAN – On September 9, the Mangaldan Police served search warrant to Ernesto Soriano alias “Estong” in his house at Barangay Embarcadero.
Found inside his house were five sachets of suspected shabu and an empty sachet with residue.
He was brought to the municipality’s infirmary for medico legal and was found positive for substance use.
Soriano was detained at the Taytay Police Station in Rizal after he was found using drugs.
He was freed in 2018. This time, he will be charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Melody Valenton)
