Excellent Mayor…..in the meantime the new lady mayor should adopt a stronger political will to permanently ban the PADYAKS or Tri bikes that clog the main roads of the municipality. Mangaldan has the most TOXIC traffic in the town proper. It is just one of the very few LGUs allowing Padyaks to do business in the central area and national road…..which is of course ILLEGAL and against the Law.
