Both the Espinos and Celeste political clans are allegedly involved in drugs. Amado Espino Jr.,the former governor now congressman amassed millions thru the black sand mining and quarrying. The cases of graft and corruption vs Espino is now at the Sandiganbayan. I pity the good people of Pangasinan. They have no choice. Both their candidates for Governor and Congressman…….are deep in anomalous controversies.
