LOAN ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION. Governor Amado I. Espino, III flashes the Pangasinan No. 1 sign along with some of the beneficiaries of the Livelihood Assistance Program (LAP) of the provincial government as he led the awarding of the financial grant at the Urduja House on March 18. The second batch of LAP this year, with a total loaning amount of P5.9 million, has aided 29 cooperatives, three micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and one goat production association.
