10,000-CAPACITY P’SINAN CONVENTION AND MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER TO RISE IN BUGALLON Governor Amado I. Espino, III (2nd from left) leads the lowering of time capsule as part of the ground-breaking ceremony for the development of the Pangasinan Convention and Multi-Purpose Center (PCMPC) in Umanday, Bugallon. The PCMPC, which will rise in a sprawling 18-hectare lot, has an area of 4,865.00 sq.m., a seating capacity of 8,237, and a full-house capacity of 10,000. Joining Governor Espino during the ground-breaking rites were some department heads of the provincial government led by Provincial Administrator Nimrod Camba, Bugallon Municipal Administrator Amado Aquino, and Rev. Fr. Eduardo Inacay, Parish Priest of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish – Bugallon, who presided the blessing of the project site. /JPerez/MGNO
