LGU-P’SINAN TIES UP WITH DPWH AND MMDA FOR THE SET-UP OF SANTIAGO BRIDGE IN BOLINAO. Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Nestor D. Reyes (top photo) discusses the approved resolution of the provincial board on February 11 authorizing Governor Amado I. Espino, III to sign a memorandum of understanding with Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for the donation of the reusable structures of the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge, also known as Rockwell Bridge, to the province for the construction of Santiago Bridge in Bolinao. Earlier, a meeting was held in Malacañang (lower photo) to discuss the project attended by: Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, MMDA Chairman Danilo Lim, MMDA GM Jojo Garcia and Pangasinan officials led by Governor Espino, Cong Amado T. Espino Jr., former DOTC Secretary Oscar Orbos and former DOTR Usec Thomas “Tim” Orbos. /SMDG
