HYBRID YELLOW CORN SEEDS DISTRIBUTION Governor Amado I. Espino, III and OIC Provincial Agriculturist Nestor Batalla flash the Pangasinan number one sign along with the corn farmers from one of the top corn-producing localities, who received 1,054 bags of hybrid yellow corn seeds from the provincial government. The distribution program was held on February 14 at the Farmers’ Pavilion located within the Provincial Agriculture Center in Tebag East, Sta. Barbara. Beneficiary corn farmers hail from Aguilar, Bugallon, Mangatarem, Urbiztondo, Bayambang, Malasiqui, Calasiao, Sta. Barbara, San Carlos City, Mangaldan, San Fabian, Alcala, Sto.
