PEACE COVENANT SIGNING, UNITY WALK FOR PEACEFUL MIDYEAR POLLS Governor Amado I. Espino, III (top photo) signs the covenant for the peaceful and fair observance of the midyear polls in May. The covenant signing held on January 13 at the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office open field, which was visibly attended by the slate of incumbent Governor Espino, was preceded by an inter-faith Mass, and a Unity Walk. During the unity walk, Governor Espino was joined by former governor and re-electionist 5th district Representative Amado T. Espino, Jr., (2nd from right, bottom photo) who is the provincial chairman of the ruling Partido Demokratikong Pilipino – Laban (PDP – Laban) party in Pangasinan, and Bugallon Mayor Jumel Anthony Espino (2nd from left, bottom) who is gunning for the second district congressional seat.
