UNVEILING OF PANGASINAN BANTAYOG WIKA. Governor Amado I. Espino III (3^rd from right) together with Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr., 2^nd district Representative Leopoldo N. The structure, which is the eleventh to be established throughout the country, is located at the center aisle of the Maramba Boulevard in Lingayen. The monument serve as a structure of salute to local languages. Similar structures were established in Antique, Ifugao, Mati City (Davao Oriental), Kalinga, Occidental Mindoro, Bukidnon, Bataan, Batangas, Surigao City, and Baguio City. (Photo by Meinard V.
