The Capitol celebrates its 100-year anniversary. The Capitol Building’s centennial celebration tales center-stage on December 15 with various highlights featured in making the vent memorable. Left photo shows the spectacular fireworks display which brought thousands of spectators in awe. Right photo, on the other hand, depicts the importance of the centennial edifice as pangasinan’s symbol of transformation in terms of history, culture and development with young cultural dancers holding the symbolic 100 lights of hope for the province.
