PANGASINAN CAPITOL BUILDING CENTENARY STAMP LAUNCHED. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan led by Governor Amado I. Espino, III and PhilPost Asst. Postmaster General Luis D. Carlos lead the launching and presentation the centenary stamp of the Pangasinan Capitol Building also in celebration of the Capitol Building’s centennial anniversary during a tribute activity dubbed “Talintao” held on December 17 at the Capitol Plaza. The commemorative stamp featuring the Pangasinan Capitol Building which was constructed in 1918 is on display at the groundfloor of the Capitol Building.
