MOST COMPETITIVE CITY – Dagupan City receives its third consecutive citation as region’s overall most competitive city during the 4th CMCI Recognition and Awarding ceremonies held at the Provincial Capitol in La Union on December 12. Dagupan also ranked number one in government efficiency and in economic dynamism among other cities in the region. This places the city in 14th place nationwide in the national overall competitive index. Mayor Belen T.
