LGU ALCALA : TOP PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM IMPLEMENTER The Local Government Unit of Alcala – represented by its healthcare key players – receives the award as top performing LocalGovernment Unit in Public Health Program Implementation for CY 2017 during the8th Annual Health Summit & 2017 LGU Scorecard AwardingCeremony held on December 11 at the Sison Auditorium.
