1^ST CLIMATE CHANGE SUMMIT IN PANGASINAN Governor Amado I. Espino, III flashes the Pangasinan number one sign along with Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. and the resource speakers and participants of the 1^st Climate Change Summit in Pangasinan which was held on December 5 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center gymnasium in Lingayen. Nearly thousand stakeholders from various sectors convened for the said summit which focused on mainstreaming Climate Change adaptation down to the grassroots.
