REMEMBERING SPEAKER PEREZ — Lawyer Consuelo Perez is assisted by San Carlos City Mayor Joseres Resuello in offering flowers at the bust of her father, the late Speaker Eugenio Perez, Sr. in commemoration of his 122^nd birth anniversary. Speaker Perez was the last Speaker of the Commonwealth and the first speaker of the Philippine Republic.
