8 MUNICIPALITIES RECEIVE BIGASANG-BAYANI LIVELIHOOD PROJECT. Governor Amado I. Espino, III awards Bigasang-Bayani Livelihood Project to eight Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) family associations on November 19 at the Pangasinan Employment Services Office (PESO) Compound. Second batch of the Bigasang-Bayani Livelihood Project who will soon have rice-retailing stores, includes: Alaminos City OFW & Family Association, Anda OFW Family Association, Asingan OFW and Family Association, Basista OFW Family Association, Bugallon OFW Family Association, Dasol OFW Association, San Quintin OFW Family Association and Sison OFW Family Association. /SMDG (Photo by JZPerez)
