PROV’L GOV’T OF P’SINAN SUPPORTS PNP THRUSTS FOR PEACE AND ORDER. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan supports the conduct of the 1^stPangasinan Advisory Councils Summit. In his speech, Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. (3^rd from right) affirms the support of the provincial government to Philippine National Police thrusts for peace and order. Police Deputy Director General Ramon C. Apolinario (3^rd from left), on the other hand, exhorts advisory council of each municipality to take part in thenationwide drive of the PNP towards good governance and proper law enforcement.
