SAN CARLOS CITY—Police arrested in a raid nine persons allegedly playing “pusoy” and “tong-its” inside a house on Roxas Boulevard at around 6 p.m. on May 29.

The suspects playing “pusoy” were identified as Reynald Barlaan, 45; Raymundo Soriano, 41, Reynan Arenas y Arseño, 32;  Ricardo Cano, 47; Amelito Cagampan, 53; and Cesar Dioquino, 34.

Also arrested while reportedly playing “tong-its” in the same location were Florentino Maneclang, 64; Reynaldo Caguioa, 54; and Roland De Guzman, 40.

Two sets of playing cards and P300 in different denominations were seized from the suspects. (Leonardo Micua)
