OPLAN GREYHOUND – The personal effects of inmates at the Pangasinan Provincial Jail are thoroughly inspected by PDEA Pangasinan and PNP operatives, and Jail officers with the help of K9 drug-sniffing dogs during a surprise inspection in search of contraband and illegal items.
