BLESSING AND TURN-OVER OF 12 SERVICE VEHICLES. Rev. Fr. Hernan Caronongan (left) officiates the blessing of the 12 newly-acquired service vehicles of the provincial government under the stewardship of Gov. Amado I. Espino III (3rd from left) during the turn-over ceremony on May 21 at the Capitol Complex. The 12 service vehicles to include three ambulances include: three Toyota Grandia ambulances for Western District Hospital, Lingayen District Hospital and Bolinao Community Hospital; two units Toyota Grandia Van for Pangasinan Tourism and Cultural Office (one for PTCAO and one for the Capitol Resort Hotel); two Isuzu D-MAX pick-up trucks; two units of Mitsubishi FB service vehicle type for the Provincial Engineering Office; and two units Mitsubishi L300 Van and one unit Multicab for General Services Office.
