Bacayo Norte teacher wins Creative T-shirt design contest

CLARENCE Mae A. Capua, a licensed teacher from Bacayao Norte, won this year’s Bangus Festival creative t-shirt design competition and received ₱5,000 for her winning t-shirt design of the 2018 Bangus Festival.
Second prize winner Christian Medel Eduarte of Bonuan Gueset received ₱3,500; third prize winner Liezel S. Maramba of Bacayao Norte won ₱2,500; fourth and fifth placers, Donna C. Aquino of Bonuan Gueset and Maria Klarissa O. Sikat of Pogo Chico received ₱1,000 each, respectively. Non-winning entries received ₱300 each as a consolation prize.
Almost all the winning entries used digital as their medium in designing their entries, on the theme “The Happiest Fish Fest For You and Your Family.
Winning designs will be printed and officially released on April 30 during the Bangusan Street Party or Kalutan ed Dalan at De Venecia Expressway Extension. (Joseph C. Bacani/CIO)
