E-LIBRARY FOR STUDENTS – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (2nd from right) inspects the 50 computers installed at the city’s E-Library in Poblacion Oeste (located beside the poolside) before the facility’s dry run opening on the first week of February. The facility is also equipped with wireless internet connection that can be used for free by elementary and high school students for their research and studies.
