FINALIST TO THE 2017 MOST BUSINESS FRIENDLY PROVINCE AWARD. Governor Amado I. Espino, III, Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Earlier, the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) which organized the most business friendly award, conferred the plaque (bottom photo) to the Pangasinan delegation led by Provincial Planning and Development Office Coordinator Benita Pizarro at the PCCI office in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City during the Chamber’s 43rd Philippine Business Conference and Expo.
