Councilor Seen, new PCL Alumni-VP
DAGUPAN City Councilor Jeslito Seen was recently elected vice president for Luzon of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Legislative Academy Alumni Association on Doctors in Public Administration during their assembly in Davao City from September 11 to 12.
The assembly was hosted by Davao Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, an alumnus of PCL Legislative Academy.
The president of the association is Councilor Oliver Owen of Valencia City in Bukidnon.
Seen said the association has over 120 members from all over the country. (Leonardo Micua)
