SHOWCASING RESEARCH DANCE ‘BINUNGEY’ — The Danggoan Pangasinan cultural group comprised of employees of the provincial government showcases during gala of performances of the Regional Seminar on Philippine Folkdance held at the Provincial Training and Development Center on August 20 the new research dance ‘Binungey’ which portrays how native cake binungey is cooked, including its social relevance. The seminar organized by the Philippine Folkdance Society in partnership with the provincial government of Pangasinan was highlighted by the presentation of Philippine folkdances which followed right after the presentation of the research dance. /Photo by MVS/MGNO
