2 CABINET OFFICIALS VISIT PANGASINAN ON AUG. 11 — Governor Amado I. Espino, III welcomes to the province of Pangasinan two cabinet officials on August 11 at the seat of provincial leadership in Lingayen. (upper photo) Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Martin M. Andanar is welcomed by the officialdom of the province led by Governor Espino and Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr, chief executives of regional and provincial offices of national government agencies, provincial department heads, and information officers of local government units at the Provincial Training and Development Center.
