FOODKARTS FOR LIFE — The first 25 of the 100 foodkarts from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in partnership with the city government were formally turned-over to 4Ps beneficiaries in the city who underwent training on food processing with simple accounting during the flag raising ceremony at the city plaza on April 24.
