Espino cites barangay kapitans’ role
LINGAYEN– Governor Amado Espino III enjoined punong barangays to be united in delivering services for a better future for the next generation of Pangasinenses.
The provincial chief executive made the remark before thousands of village chiefs present during this year’s Barangay Captains’ Day held last December 14 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center Gym, Capitol Compound here.
He vowed to work closer with local governments by visiting every town and city starting January next year.
“We are done with politics… We need to prove to our patrons that we will do everything to return the trust they have given to us as leaders of the province, municipalities and barangays,” urged the governor. (PIO/RMCL)
